Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a fast growing One-stop IT solution provider HQ in Korea. They are providing various services such as Souring IT Products, Solving Network issues, Set up Server/Storage, Providing IT Consulting and Building security system focusing on South East Asia market.

The Responsibilities:

* Install, configure and maintain system
* Perform configuration, maintenance servers and storage infrastructure
* Maintain and support Windows Server and Active Directory
* Server virtualization and maintenance
* Responsible for system optimization, resources utilization, system capacity analysis and planning
* Provide client support for the escalation and communication
* Provide writing Method of Procedure for any changes in production system
* Create detailed plans for system risk/impact prediction and production system changes
* Vendor escalation and support
* Provide infrastructure solutions
* Technical support through support management systems

The Requirements:

* Diploma in IT related fields
* Able to communicate in Korean to liaise with Native Korean Speaking stakeholders
* 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience as system/server engineer
* Certificate (Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)) would be a plus
* Experience in implementing large infrastructure system and migration projects would be a plus
