Our Client:

Our client, an international comprehensive survey and consultancy organization located in the CBD of Singapore is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant (4.5 months contract) to support their lean but growing business.

The Responsibilities:

As the Administrative Assistant you will be working alongside with the lean team in the Singapore office, you will be supporting the Survey department on all administration including registering of client's application form, filing, system data update and managing the incoming phone calls and screening them for the team, managing couriers which will need to be sent for the day. You will help with drafting of some PowerPoint presentations and excel work as in when needed.

The Requirements:

* Prior experience in Administrative support is required
* Someone meticulous and hardworking is ideal, Proficient use of PowerPoint and MS Excel will be expected on an ad hoc basis
* Can start on a short notice will be an added advantage
