About Our Client And The Role:

We are currently working with a successful & rapidly expanding Integrated Logistics solutions provider who are looking to further expand their Operations in the SEA / APAC market. The Company provides a range of services including express delivery, freight forwarding, contract logistics solutions, cold chain, pharmaceutical and international delivery and are looking to recruit a Regional Manager with experience in managing operations in a number of local geographies to develop & execute growth strategies in the Region.

With a background in Logistics & Supply Chain management the successful candidate will have worked in a business that operates a Franchise business model previously and eb able to identify, recruit, onboard, manage, support and renew new & existing Franchise Logistics partners to help them achieve rapid market expansion & penetration whilst maintaining high standards of quality & service delivery.

In return the Franchisee will receive investment, training & support & will able to link into our clients global network of operations. They will also benefit from the high profile branding associated with our clients business enabling them to broaden their customer base, expand the range of services offered & thus help them to secure stable growth & generate more revenues for their business.

Although operating in an individual contributor capacity this role will require extensive stakeholder management skills & we are looking for someone who is currently operating in a Senior Management / GM level role within their current organization.

The Responsiblilities:

* Source / Recruit / Manage Regional Logistics Partners
* Handle complex contract negotiations for Franchise operations
* Driving KPI performance with objective of maintaining high quality of service delivery
* Onboarding new franchisees, existing franchisee renewals and associated retail / store activities
* Provide support & ongoing training and development of Franchisee teams

The Requirements:

Main Requirements for Regional Manager:

* Knowledge of SEA / APAC region with the knowledge / ability to identify credible players in the logistics or supply chain industries to be assessed as franchise candidates at the first tier and second tier levels
* Able to work autonomously and be able to liaise with Franchise Strategy team in Regional HQ to provide informational support to derive KPIs and to manage Franchisee to drive KPI
* To have deep local understanding of the local business climate and have the business acumen to create business opportunities for Franchisee
* Be able to manage the Franchisee in all aspects of the business to include areas to cover marketing, quality, management, public relations and business generation

Main Experience requirements:

* Degree qualified Logistics / Business Management professional with ~10 years' experience in managing a business entity, distributors, agents or franchisees
* Experience in logistics, in supply chain, freight, express, etc.
* Management experience in cross border experience, excellent communication skills to liaise with clients & team
