With many accolades and awards under its name, our client is actively looking to hire a seasoned and well-connected Senior Leasing Manager to join its team. This role reports to the Head of Group Leasing and is a hands-on role where you will be fostering strong business partnership with boutique and well-known commercial brands. You will be responsible in lease management of cluster of retail mall portfolio.
The Responsibilities:
* Develop succession plan within the team and input on best practices with regards to unique mall concept, positioning and trade mix
* Distinguish unique overseas retailers to partner with in terms of new market penetration within Singapore
* Identify and secure tenancies, market segments and prospect for group leve
* Evaluate and provide recommendation on proposed retailers business models to asset management team and senior stakeholders within the company
* Keep abreast on latest retail industry trends through market intelligence and networking
* Close collaboration with leasing division on both headquarter and centre management office in ensuring high space occupancy and strong trade mix
The Requirements:
To qualify for the position of Senior Leasing Manager, you are required to:
* Graduate with a minimum Degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing or Real Estate Management
* Possess a Real Estate Salesperson License by CEA or qualifications which exempts you from taking CEA License
* Proven track record of strong and expansive network of retailers contact
* Minimum 10 year of retail experience with distinguished developer or consultancy firms
* Driven and effective communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
* Calm under pressure and on a fast-paced environment
