Job Description

Our Client:

The client, an international MNC that provides various spare parts to the Marine & Offshore industry is currently on the lookout for an experience Inventory Executive to join their Warehouse Team here in Singapore.

The purpose of the Inventory Executive is to ensure that "Buy to Stock" (BTS) items are available on time, in the appropriate quantity & quality and at the right price, based on PO management and replenishment programs, using minimum-maximum stock calculations, forecasting and stock turn analysis methodology.

The Responsibilities:

* Lead the team of Stock Purchasers to ensure Just In Time inventory management
* Drive demand planning and inventory levels for own assortment
* Monitor Economic Stock Optimizer (ESO) performance and support branches
* Upload vendor agreements
* Execute BTS orders, incl. invoice clearing, return goods, etc
* Maintain and develop procurement SOP's within respective area
* Manage the purchase process for BTS items through replenishment programs (Economic Stock Optimizer, ESO)
* Maintain and develop operational relationships with vendors
* Analyse and monitor stock levels and turns using our Economic Stock Optimizer (ESO) tooling
* Collaborate with management, warehouse, purchasing and sales regarding stock count and replenishment needs
* Make recommendations for assortment changes, based on thorough data analysis
* Responsible for uploading authorized vendor agreement, and for executing procurement actions accordingly
* Maintain master data related to stock replenishment
* Review and authorize invoices against actual purchase orders
* Master data merge
* Coordinate with global sourcing office on orders, prices, and knowledge sharing

The Requirements:

* Any relevant academics
* Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inventory Executive or similar position
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in the Marine & Offshore industry or similar industry
