Job Description

Our Client:

The client, an international organization that provides various spare parts & services to the Marine & Offshore industry is on the lookout for an experience Purchaser to join their team in Singapore.

The role of the Purchaser is to work closely with the Ship owner and Ship Manager, handling enquiries, following up on enquiries and at the same time working closely with other internal departments.

The Responsibilities:

* Working closely with internal department and other department within the company
* Follow up on emails and calls
* Attend to meeting with clients & vendors and resolve issue
* Preparation of quotations
* Documenting of data and information into internal system
* Sourcing best prices and preparing quotations for clients enquiries
* Other ad hoc duties when assigned

The Requirements:

* Any relevant academics
* Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as a Purchaser
* Must have experience working in the Marine & Offshore or any other similar industry
