About Our Client And The Role:

We are currently seeking a professional Human Resource (HR) Executive - 6 months contract (possible extension) to join our client who is headquartered in Denmark, a multinational pharmaceutical company, with a presence in about 100 countries. The successful candidate should be passionate about recruiting, employees support through company's guidelines and managing processes. This role is based out of Singapore and to support the commercial team on all human resource procedures.

The Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities will include maintain employee records, recruiting new employees and all other HR administration including payroll management.

* Create, implement, administer and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
* Manage health and life insurance programs
* Design and implement effective training and development plans
* Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
* Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
* Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly
* Track department budgets
* Leave & absence management
* Respond to employees' queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner
* Payroll Management : Payroll reports eg. instruction and processing with both internal & external stakeholders

The Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should be an excellent HR advisor, communicator with in depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations with at least 5 years proven experience in a similar role.
