Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a well-known MNC and specializes in internet services & technology products. They have a big presence globally and have a high-performance & dynamic culture. Their APAC HQ is situated in Singapore, and their marketing team is looking for a suitable candidate to join the Singapore office. This team is focusing on driving skills-based learning programs within Singapore and want a candidate strong in project management as well as business operations.

The Responsibilities:

* End to end program management for the ongoing programs across Singapore
* Partner with different business units such as the finance team, to ensure monthly reporting/budgeting, data management, claims and invoices
* Help in tracking ROI of the programs and reporting the findings to the stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the programs
* Ensure operational efficacy by maintaining organization skills, handling data on tools such as Excel and doing thorough stakeholder management to push through deadlines
* Assist in developing program communication and content from time to time to drive stakeholder engagement both internally and externally
* Provide reactive support to the extended community, external partners by hosting them during program executions

The Requirements:

* At least 3-5 years of experience within project management & business operations
* Good proficiency with excel/google sheets for data handling
* Strong experience in handling multiple projects at the same time
* Strong organization skills & attention to detail
* Able to multi-task and have a solution driven attitude
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
* Comfortable in handling ambiguity and proactively address issues effectively
* Prior experience working in an L&D/skills learning background is a plus
