Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the leading chemical trading companies globally. They are looking for AP, AR Accountants to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

(1) AR main duties include:

* AR and Stock Management
* Divisional P&L analysis and reporting
* Transaction Risk Management
* Analysing AR and stock turnover ratio, selling expenses and G&A ratio as well as AR aging and stock variance
* Assisting in Transfer Pricing Documentation
* Budgeting and Forecasting for some divisions including overseas office
* Assisting in annual financial audit

(2) AP main duties include:

* AP Management
* Reporting and submission of GST Returns and Major Exporter Scheme
* Submission of withholding tax returns
* Both incumbents will also be responsible for: -
* Budgeting and forecasting of profit centres including overseas branch offices.
* Assisting in annual audit; and
* Management Reporting

The Requirements:

* Degree in Accountancy
* At least 5 years of working experience at Japanese manufacturing or trading company
* SAP knowledge and audit experience are a must have
* Required skills include analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal and proficient in MS Office
* Experience working in a diverse culture environment
* Fast learner with strong sense of initiative, driven and a good team player
* Meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
