Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading retail companies with Headquarters in Japan. Their pillar brand has 2,250 stores in 25 countries and regions, is the world's third-largest manufacturer and retailer of private-label apparel and their office in Singapore is looking for a HR Business Partner.

The Responsibilities:

* Execute local internal communications activities
* In charge of local media monitoring and analysis
* Assist & follow-up with local press activities including pitching, follow-up, press events
* Compile follow-up reports of events/campaigns
* Responsible for tracking new media outlets and establishing new relationships to promote the brand
* Planning and executing PR events
* Propose ideas and activities to promote the brand
* Work closely with MK/PR Manager to ensure that press campaigns and activities are executed in line with global media policy and guidelines
* Work closely with not only within Marketing but also Product division such as merchandising and IMD/VMD (In store merchandising/visual merchandising) department to ensure that press campaigns and activities are in line with local sales team
* Support internal communications locally

The Requirements:

* Degree holder, majoring in marketing and communications is a plus
* 5 years of experience in public relations, especially in fashion, beauty or retail and working with media will be an advantage
* Exceptional communication and social skills
