Our Client:

Our client is a leading healthcare provider in Singapore with various accolades and award under its name. Due to movement of staff, we are currently looking for a technically competent Senior Facilities Manager with strong cluster portfolio facilities management background. This a cluster portfolio role with 5 days' work week arrangement.

The Responsibilities:

As a Senior Facilities Manager, you are:

* Planning of maintenance program for various sites including the HQ
* Plan and management of departmental budget and appointment of vendor
* Review KPI and come out with SMART goals for the team
* Provide recommendation on possible outsourcing of services
* Oversee all services contracts including non-medical ones
* Provide recommendation on reduction of capital expenses while increasing quality of work

The Requirements:

To qualify for the position of Senior Facilities Manager, you should:

* Possess a Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services
* Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management with the recent 3 years in a managerial position . Those with prior experience in cluster portfolio management and/or critical facilities site will be preferred
* Possess certification in Fire Safety or Energy Management will be ideal for the role
* Those with strong knowledge in JCI and OHSAS will be preferred
