Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest travel retailer in the world and leading the market with innovation and excellent customer service. As a first stepper of the business, they have successfully made headway into overseas market as well.
The Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Merchandising Team, Vendors, Freight Forwarder and 3PL for all imported shipments, and ensure documents comply to Singapore Custom Import requirement
* Verify permits are tallied against system and documents
* Escalation to Merchandising Team for any deliveries issues
* Track all import shipments for Insurance submission declaration to Manager
* Follow up timely investigation on closure with all internal and external stakeholders
* Participate in any survey for imported shipments at FTZ, Licensed warehouse as and when required
The Requirements:
* Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
* Organised and self-motivated
* Able to thrive under pressure
* At least 1-3 years of relevant experiences
