Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a global MNC and a leading innovator in material science industry. Their product portfolio span across industrial and scientific applications. Due to increased business opportunities and prospects in Vietnam and SEA region, they're looking to hire Business Development Manager to join their regional team to manage key customers in consumer electronics industry.

The Roles and Responsibilities:

* Develops, manages and maintains strategic key accounts that meets the business objectives of new/existing key customers, distinguishes the company within the marketplace, which supports the achievement of both the company and the division's growth plans for South East Asia
* Develop and execute account plans that provide the customers with a full integrated value chain services, process, service, and technical solutions, drawing from the company' total value proposition to meet specific business needs
* Keep frequent contact and communication with the customer(s) to identify, build and strengthen the relationship, continually evaluate the company's effectiveness in meeting the customer's needs, maximize account penetration and customer retention
* Act as an evangelizer for both company and new/existing customers by creating value for both parties and balancing the needs and constraints of both parties
* Collaborates with Application Engineering, Product Line Management, Supply Chain and other functions to negotiate favorable agreements with both new/ existing customers

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related field
* Minimum of 4 -5 years of relevant work experience in material science industry
* Good understanding of consumer electronics business in Vietnam and SEA region
* Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals, client account management and client-focused solutions experiences
* Strong influencing, client management, communications and project management skills
* Adept at managing customers as well as sensitivity to cultural norms in Vietnam and SEA region
