Our Client:

Our client is one of famous local medical aesthetics clinic located at central area is looking for a front desk officer (receptionist):

The Job Descriptions:

* Perform frontline customer service support.
* Reply email enquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner in accordance with clinic standards.
* Fix and secure appointments and update in calendar,
* Perform cashiering and ensure accuracy of administrative duties such as daily sales revenue and patients record cards.
* Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter.
* Perform monthly stock take.
* Other ad-hoc duties

The Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a front-line customer service position, preferably in beauty industry.
* Possess excellent customer services and communication skills.
* Able to operate basic computer applications and handling incoming calls/enquiries
* Applicants should project a professional and well-groomed appearance.
* Able to work on weekends and public holidays(5 days shift work).
