About Our Client And The Role:

Our client is a global company is looking for an experienced professional to join their team APAC team as an Employee Experience Specialist/Lead (Contract).

As part of the Employee Experience team, you will be responsible for bringing the culture to life and connecting the employees to the mission, values and each other through communication, hosting, and gathering. You will foster an environment that empowers employees to participate in the office culture, and are a key partner to the local office leadership, working across a diverse group of stakeholders (global, regional and local) and subject matter experts across various teams.

The Responsibilities:

To be successful in this position you will have experiences in the followings:

* Responsible to drive employee engagement in a hybrid environment in person an virtual
* Partner with Key stakeholders to identify, design and implement employee experiences
* Manage and keep the local onboarding up to date working with stakeholders globally to maintain relevant content
* Understand the voice of employees through various internal channels
* Partner with Regional Talent and global L&D team to support implementation of learning programs
* Be the primary owner in the office responsible for the event design, venue management and sourcing, budget tracking, coordination of staff and workplace partners, timelines and reporting
* Develop communication plans and content to create awareness and adoption of key employee initiatives, processes and events
* Organize and lead all hands meetings for the site(s) including defining the agenda, logistics and production

The Requirements:

* You will have relevant experiences in an employee engagement or HR role of minimum 6-8 years and or above
* Good track records and experience in event planning, customer service and project management
* Strong business acumen, ability to solve a wide range of complex problems and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including peers, leaders and manage diverse stakeholders across
