Our Client:

Our client is a well-known tech MNC globally, specializing in technology products & internet-related services. They have a dynamic and fast-paced working environment, and are looking for a suitable Business Analyst to join their Singapore office to support the APAC team. The role will entail the following:

The Responsibilities:

* Provide business support, derive insights & produce actionable results from large data sets regarding product usage, spam and abuse
* Build concrete reports & visualize the data through graphs, dashboards etc. for key metrics indicators
* Support in creating & adding to the team's fraud & spam abuse policies
* Support in data analysis for product usage data, provide insights as well as document these analyses
* Work with stakeholders and business units across the APAC region to streamline processes, project requirements & deliverables
* Pulling out & managing large sets of data across the product ranges and managing various projects simultaneously
* Do program management, handle stakeholders & work cross functionally with the product & business operations teams

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree holder
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst/business analyst/product analyst in a high analytical environment
* Past working experience within fraud detection/policy, spam abuse or similar field is required
* Strong experience in data analytics tools such as SQL required
* Any additional scripting languages such as python, and proficiency in visualization tools is a plus
* Strong communication skills with ability to carry out presentation of reports
* Strong analytical skills & project management abilities
