Job Description:

This role will report to the APAC Channel Sales Leader of the company. The Senior Software Sales role is responsible for being part of Asia Pacific projects and activities. This position will need to collaborate extensively throughout this market. In this role you will be responsible to support pitching their infrastructure digital solutions in meeting. You are also responsible in exceeding annual targets and revenue plans.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Engage, understand, and develop clients' needs/leads into qualified business opportunity.

* Creating, building, and maintaining customers base and always be in position to create value to solve their clients' needs.

* You will be responsible in driving as many opportunities as possible across the region (through new product introduction, up-selling, and others).

* Leading the effort in implementing economic value selling throughout clients' organization

* Be part of the strategic partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Relationship management with all business partners, including but not limited to visiting and developing cooperation relationship.

* Managing a solid client pipeline management to deliver results with manageable forecast

* Working along with the team to secure deals/tenders throughout all stages of its lifecycle.

* Be part in having a reliable relationship with solid communication skills, throughout clients' organization, in making things happen.

* Periodic assessment and business reporting for the company leaders.

The Successful Applicant

We invite an experienced Infrastructure Software Sales individual to join this firm. To be successful you must come with:

* Ideally 5+ years of software sales experience (SaaS)

* Good infrastructure industry experience, absolute advantage if you are within IoT domain (building control management).

* Familiar working on APAC IoT deals.

* Track record working with an organized and structured firm, preferably from MNC.

* Strong builder of business from ground zero till close

* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with colleagues in APAC, Europe and all the clients.

* Proactive, innovative, accountable with excellent relationship characteristics, is a problem solver able to generate added value to the local structure.

* Good planning and organization skills.

* Ability to build relationships with large enterprise C-Suites

* Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory, when permitted & feasible and subject to prevailing guidelines and regulations.

* Excellent creativity, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
