Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top semiconductor manufacturing companies globally. They are expanding the team and looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager.

The Responsibilities:

* Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
* Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to local and HQ
* Review financial procedures and policies to identify process improvements while balancing the need for proper governance and internal controls.
* Review and monitor Cash Flows
* Provide support by liaising with Process Owners from other departments on all aspects of manufacturing costs
* Liaise with auditors on all financial matters
* Liaise with Auditors, Tax Consultants and Corp. Sec on company's matters
* Check & Maintenance of fixed assets register
* Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the management

The Requirements:

* Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent and preferably a Chartered Accountant with At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
* Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP is preferred
* Strong in analytical skills and able to communicate effectively
* Able to work with management and staff of all levels
* Committed, diligent and meticulous
* Able to multi-task and work under pressure
