Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the leading Japanese real estate company. They await candidates that are willing to cultivate mutual understanding between people from various nationalities, and solidify foundations around the world while blending in with the local community. Their Singapore office is looking for a Customer Support.

The Responsibilities:

* Assists customers living in the condominiums (after-sales service)
* Customers are mainly the residents (Japanese)
* Attend to queries after moving into a unit. Maintenance issues such as water defects, home appliances, equipment, repairs, etc.
* Mediation between customers and vendors
* Handles inquiries and repair requests to local companies (water, gas, air conditioners, etc.)

The Requirements:

* Japanese speaking candidate is required for the role to liaise with Native Japanese customers
* Min 1 year working experience
