Job Description

Corporate Communications Senior Manager/Assistant Director

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Deputy Director of Corporate Communications, our client in the healthcare industry is seeking for a Corporate Communications professional to join their team.

Responsibilities - Assisting the Deputy Director in:

* Building and strengthen relations with various stakeholders and media agencies such as (but not limited to) planning and running media briefings, media interviews and media events to ensure favourable and on-target media coverage, to positively position the organization

* Creating, enhancing and maintaining a strong and positive overall corporate image for the organisation

* Leveraging the organisation's various assets (such as the corporate website, social media platforms, and publications) to effectively impact and influence its intended audiences and stakeholders

* Identifying potential issues that could impact the organisation negatively, and formulating crisis communications plans to manage the situations effectively

* End-to-end planning, management and running of events

* Overseeing the management of the Corporate Communications Department (CCD), including its department budget and workplan.

Requirements:

* Degree in Communication Studies, English, Journalism, Public Relations or related discipline

* At least 8 years of relevant work experience in corporate communications or public relations with strong media contacts

* At least 3 years of experience in managing or leading a team

* Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous

* Strong writing, speaking and presentation skills
