Job Description
Our Client:
We are currently working with an amazing property developer with various awards under its name. In Singapore, they are currently working on amazing residential projects and we have been engaged by to recruit an experienced Head of Real Estate to handle their projects.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor major development projects within the business
* Lead the growth strategies and P&L of the business
* Manage and guide the Project Management Team to ensure that projects are completed within the time and budget
* Be involved in projects from the design stage to complete handover
The Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent
* At least 12 years of experience in project management, construction, design (Residential)
* Preferably has experience working with Real Estate Developers
* Has experience being in a managerial position supervising a team of engineers and technical staff
* Able to travel around the region
