With a career in Engineering recruitment spanning over 20 years, Mike has built up an extensive network of contacts globally, having work in the UK, Australia and Asia. Based in Singapore since 2011, he specialises in recruiting Engineering professional across Singapore and South East Asia. Mike has developed strong partnerships with key industry players throughout his career and has been responsible for delivering strategic appointments and campaigns within the Engineering sector covering the Construction & Property, Oil & Gas & Manufacturing industries.
Since 2019, Mike has been responsible for the overall management of RGF Professional Recruitment’s Industrial & Engineering division. From July 2021, Mike was appointed Managing Director role of RGF Talent Solutions Singapore and is responsible for the daily operational management and growth of the business. In this role through constantly looking for innovative ways we can improve our Service Delivery he will be focused on further developing & improving RGF’s partnership’s with both clients & candidates moving forwards.
