Our Client
Our Client is a prominent high net worth life insurance provider with a rich heritage, is seeking an Customer Service Executive for a 12-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's reputation for excellence in wealth protection and legacy planning. As part of a global financial services group, our client has a strong commitment to providing innovative solutions to its customers. As an Executive, Customer Service, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of policy transactions and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is vital for maintaining positive relationships with policy owners, business partners, and the public through various communication channels.
The Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service through various channels, including letters, emails, calls, and meetings
* Independently process policy transactions accurately and within specified timelines
* Identify and report daily operational issues, proposing solutions for management review
* Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to deliver high-quality customer service
* Back-End processing as well as Year-End Policy Processing
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
* Process policy servicing transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to guidelines and timelines
* Ensure thorough follow-up on customer service requests until resolution
* Manage file retention and destruction processes efficiently
* Comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Perform any other duties or projects as assigned
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years of experience in life insurance operations
* Strong desire to develop a career in the insurance sector
* Knowledge of entity structure, AML guidelines, FATCA, and CRS requirements
* Experience with High Net-Worth Individuals highly advantageous
* Back-End processing as well as Year-End Policy Processing experience
* Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team player with a high level of accountability
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Mandarin speaking (highly advantageous to communicate with clients)
