The Responsibilities:
・Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns through databases, email outreach, and crafting social media content strategies and ad campaigns
・Manage customer relationship management (CRM) to streamline lead management and derive insights for conversion strategies
・Evaluate marketing endeavors to enhance effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
・Identify industry trends and competitor insights to refine marketing tactics, expenditure, and performance
・Enhance website structure and content for better search engine visibility (SEO) and utilize paid online advertising (SEM)
・Ensure website content aligns with online objectives
・Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and improve user experience
・Support social media campaigns with photography or videography as required
・Liaise with vendors to enhance company social media activity
・Perform any ad hoc duties

The Requirements:
・Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with a track record in social media marketing
・Proficient in digital marketing strategies and account management
・Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
