Our Client:
Our client is headquartered in Japan and they manufacture Electrical equipment for Ships & Vessels. They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the achievement of Sales & Margin objectives for the defined sales territory of the respective partner accounts
• Identify and grow business in existing market, while identifying new growing market with partners
• Execute promotionally effective marketing and sales programs for customers
• Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales, activities and other required reports and documentation
• Build strong relations and rapport with customers including their senior/ top management
• Increase sales revenue by contacting the strategic accounts with the consultative approach and building the relationship
• Identify the potential accounts
• Work closely with internal resources to prepare the business proposal
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of account management experience with e-commerce and electronics retailer
• Knowledge in Marine Products is preferred
• Demonstrates leadership ability through direct or cross functional teams
• Alignment of strategy with results
• Prior CRM experience and maintaining an accurate forecast
• Coordinate with team on account strategy and the business department strategic plan
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with relevant Japanese stakeholders and customers
