Job Description

The main focus of this role is to oversee and plan operational and preventive maintenance activities. You will lead a team in managing day to day facilities management issues, ensuring that all rectification work are executed in a safe and prompt manner. Develop good partnership with all stakeholders including contractors and vendors. Plan for continuous improvement works to the building and warehouses. Provide advice and recommendation on improvement works. Manage departmental KPI and involve in annual budgeting exercise. Review service contract and performance manage service contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ of relevant functional experience in Facilities/Building maintenance for Industrial/Commercial buildings.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills is critical to the success of this role.
• FSM certification highly advantageous.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
