Job Description
In this role as a Technical Superintendent, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in the following areas:
• Class and Flag State Requirements
• Maintenance and Repair
• Drydocking
• Technical Expertise Consultancy
• Performance and People Management
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following prerequisites:
• Certificate of Competency (Class 1) / Chief Engineer Foreign Going.
• Possess relevant shore experience on board dry or container vessels.
• Sound knowledge of shipping industry on container or dry bulk business, with emphasis on vessel technical and engineering requirements
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good people management skills.
