Our Client:
My client is an established Health care products company where its products are sold in more than 90 countries across the world. Currently, they are expanding and is hiring additional headcount to their Sales team - Medical Sales Representative for Pharmaceutical division.
The Responsibilities:
* Ensure sales targets are met within a specific time period and profitability goals are achieved for the assigned territory
* Implement and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
* Manage existing accounts and build new accounts
* Analyse market trends to identify competitors' strategies and position one- self well
* Submit all daily call reports, weekly sales plans, monthly and annual territory analysis in a timely manner
* Check stock levels at all allocated customer sites regularly and ensure restocking
The Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Healthcare/ Science- Related fields
* Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
* Sales-driven, self - starter and outspoken with good planning and organizational skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident in dealing with medical specialists
