Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a European MNC specializing in Automation Systems Integration. They are in the industry for more than 30 years and are currently looking for an HR and Admin Executive managing Singapore office and reporting directly to the CEO.

The Responsibilities:

* Working in close partnership with management to prepare and implement HR strategy also to support them on recruiting strategies
* Managing complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
* Monitoring and developing performance review programs in relation with Corporate HR dept
* Monitoring all employee records to include, maternity, paternity requests and absence and provide regular reports to the senior management team
* Gathering and evaluating market data to measure CMR's competitiveness for salary reviews, compensation and benefits packages
* Coordinating monthly subcontracted payroll (not the payroll calculation)
* Assisting the CEO with his/her travel arrangement when necessary
* Keeping a track of office supplies to reorder and coordinate with the office supplier when its necessary

The Requirements:

* Must have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in a similar posting
* Must have a good command of Microsoft Office suite
* Must have good knowledge of end to end HR processes & principles and practices of Human Resources, including laws and regulations for Singapore
* Must have strong communication skills and good personal organizational skills
* Should have at least 2 years of experience in Construction/Engineering industry
