Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest investment banking in the world that offers investment management, securities, asset management, prime brokerage, and securities underwriting.
The Responsibilities:
For this role, you will connect daily with traders, custodians banks and brokers to resolve issues and ensure timely settlement of trades. Understand and improve complex trade flow, accounting issues, and transactional discrepancies. You will leverage your quantitative skills to decompose processes to improve control and scale of the business. You will also provide reporting to senior leadership and produce insightful analyses. Grow with the team; develop a deeper understanding of complex transactions and work with the business partners to progress trade capture capabilities.
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
* At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in post execution trade flow or similar role
* Knowledge of financial products & services, comprehension of industry agenda and platforms
* Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and to work well under pressure
* Analytical skills and interest in developing problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form
* Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
