Job Description

Our Client’s Service/ Product: Production and Sale of Egg products

The Responsibilities:
• Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback on a timely basis
• Perform billing administration
• Ensure invoices are in order and billed accurately
• Verification of proof of delivery documents
• Other administrative duties include filing, scanning, or photo-copying

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Minimum GCE "O" Level
• At least 1 year of related working experience in billing-related functions
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Availability to start on short notice preferred
• Self-starter, positive working attitude, and good team player
• Able to work independently and handle high volume work under a tight deadline
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for effective communication with our Mandarin-speaking customers
