Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading retail companies with Headquarters in Japan. Their pillar brand has 2,250 stores in 25 countries and regions, is the world's third-largest manufacturer and retailer of private-label apparel and their office in Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing.
The Responsibilities:
* Full planning & operation ownership of company website & APP, for end to end seasonal, monthly to weekly content
* Set & achieve quantifiable goals for all online activities
* Be part of the process to strictly adhere to online creative guidelines, build, enhance and translate our brand identity to digestible consumer fronting content
* Support Global headquarter and technical teams on website project rollout
* Define key success factors and performance metrics for all activities and analyze results accordingly
* Conduct A/B test with partners, evaluate, implement and optimize site functions to create company website best practices
* Lead and handle major online activations such as novelties for online stores, popular product launches, and mega sale events (Double 11, Black Friday sale)
* Proactively learn & study our customers, products, services & general operations to improve the business
* Analyze, review & reporting of website traffic, engagement & revenue
* Manage internal & external stakeholders:
* Influence & work effectively across functions to achieve shared goals - Product marketing, Store Operations, Products and Visual Merchandize team.
* Develop strong relationship with Global Headquarter in carrying out initiatives
* Senior stakeholder management
* Digital & Growth Optimizing Agencies

* Strong outcome-based, result-oriented mindset
* Hands-on and able to creatively implement projects from the idea phase to execution
* Multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management capability
* Analytical mindset with a curiosity to glean insights from data & translate into actionable plans
* Resourceful and has an affinity to challenge status quo and find solutions within constraints. Able to get things done
* Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast changing Team environment
The Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Marketing with minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience
* Proven track records in FMCG or fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, HTML authoring & SEO, is preferred
* Experience in working with Web Content Management Systems, bloggings or community moderation is a must
