A Singapore-based client, specializing in imaging, data processing, and data-driven decision-making, is actively looking for an experienced Sales Business Innovation Specialist to join their globally recognized company. The Responsibilities:
• Develop a territory Sales plan including a list of target accounts
• Strategize and execute growth plan for Partners for Sell-To and Sell-Through
• Prospecting (existing channels, current customers, LinkedIn, exhibitions) to generate sales leads within target accounts, especially in Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing industry for MiR and Healthcare industry for Meditech
• Customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage all customer interactions
• Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solutions can meet customers’ needs
• Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions
• Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product
• Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, including relationships at senior management levels
• Conduct demo of product and manage POC
• Understand robotics offering and be able to communicate its capabilities simply and effectively to internal and external customers
• Use company’s portfolio of products and solutions to position our offering as market leading
• Ideate solutions that may sometimes require integrations with other products and solutions
• Close sales and diligently work towards hitting sales budget for quarter and year
• Follow company’s sales processes including sales orders and other relevant documentation
• Take responsibility for explaining products during customer demonstrations, paid trials / proof of concepts and post sales implementation
• Meet revenue target
• Assess and articulate the customers’ needs to solutioning team
