As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, with a focus on Banking clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities. The Responsibilities:

* Business development focused, identifying, and pursuing new business opportunities with Banking sector clients
* Signing on new banking clients
* Spearhead sales of tools enabling Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Service, including Cloud Centre, Digital Strategy, Business Process Management, Agile Operations and Security, and Data and AI Modernization
* Generate insightful campaign reports through analysis and research
* Upkeep weekly campaign status documents for review
* Efficiently manage customer activity using CRM tools, ensuring clear visibility and timely issue resolution
* Adhere to established processes for campaign setup, pixel placement strategy, creative execution, ad trafficking, and troubleshooting

The Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, with a Banking clients preferred
* You will be liaising with overseas counterparts who are native Mandarin-speakers, therefore he/she must be fluent in Chinese language
* Effective communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Build trust through communication, expectations setting and completion of planned deliverables
* Demonstrate business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; with a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
* Strong experience in project and program management, with knowledge of essential concepts such as phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
* Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities, managing client deliverables across various projects and internal commitments
* Passionate about business and always seeking ways to improve and grow clientele base
