Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of power protection solutions for critical applications in Asia. With over 20 years of expertise, they specialize in designing, engineering, installing, and maintaining mission-critical infrastructure. Focused on ensuring power availability and system uptime, our client collaborates with specialized companies and global manufacturers to deliver customized power protection solutions and turnkey offerings, including switch and distribution equipment.

As the Operation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day operations within sub-departments and cultivate strong customer relations.

The Responsibilities:

* Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in achieving business objectives
* Organize and oversee day-to-day operations within sub-departments
* Generate quotations for parts sales and ensure timely order closure with proper purchase order documentation
* Develop comprehensive product knowledge for all items offered by the group
* Review and supervise Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident reports before client distribution
* Monitor operational results, formulate improvement plans, and provide leadership to operational teams
* Address service team issues, maintain motivation, and resolve grievances
* Plan and coordinate logistical matters within sub-departments
* Participate in routine and ad hoc maintenance activities (e.g. IC replacement, overhaul)
* To offer 24x7 customer support via phone and on-site attendance
* Cultivate strong customer relationships through timely client visits
* Organize training sessions for clients and CSS service teams
* Handle additional tasks/projects assigned by management
* Prepare quotations and costing for ad hoc works
* Assist in providing documents such as MOS, RA, and other necessary support before commencing work

The Requirements:

* Effective communication with the service team and customers
* Experience with power protection solutions and maintenance
* Excellent knowledge of the company's products
* Timely reporting capabilities
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
