Our client is a leading provider of power protection solutions for critical applications in Asia. Focused on ensuring power availability and system uptime, our client collaborates with specialized companies and global manufacturers to deliver customized power protection solutions and turnkey offerings, including switch and distribution equipment.

As the Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to offer on-site technical advice to customers.

The Responsibilities:

* Ensure the delivery of high-quality service standards to customers
* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
* Lead the team to successfully complete assigned jobs
* Guide and train SE/AE/Tech/GW on daily assigned tasks
* Coordinate all site works with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
* Conduct toolbox meetings/safety briefings for the team before commencing work
* Provide feedback on AE/Tech/GW performance to the management
* Offer technical and logistical support to assigned sites
* Send vibration reports to customers and save them into the server
* Provide on-site and off-site technical advice to customers
* Resolve technical and logistical problems across the complete range of provided products
* Generate detailed reports with findings and recommendations for customers
* Prepare Method of Statement and Risks Assessment for assigned jobs/sites
* Participate in planned routine maintenance and ad-hoc works
* Offer 24x7 customer support through telephone and on-site attendance
* Monitor all maintenance activities, including battery and coolant checks
* Update and report any outstanding issues for assigned sites
* Lead/carry out overhauls as the Person in Charge (PIC)
* Support the Assistant Manager in achieving operational objectives
* Undertake other tasks/projects as assigned by the Manager

The Requirements:

* Understanding of full routine maintenance job scope and excellent knowledge of the company's products
* Proficient in using basic hand tools and specific tools where applicable
* Ability to use various measurement devices, including vibration meters, multi-meters, temperature meters, current (Amp) meters, battery testers, PQA, and other tools
* Familiarity with software used in the system for troubleshooting purposes, including QMS, PLC software, ProjectMaker, and DiconScope
* Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting
* Capability to carry out engine annual maintenance and replace electrical parts
* Proficiency in Electrical commissioning
* Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
