Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company with strong regional presence in Asian markets. They are actively seeking for a Head of Sales & Marketing for their Oncology/Specialty Care in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Helping the company develop optimization plans and new go-to-market strategies
* Developing strategic approach for lead-generation and new business in Southeast Asian Countries
* Developing and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
* Developing distributor/dealer strategy and discover untagged customers/market
* Promoting the overseas distribution of company's portfolio via out-licensing or partnerships with local agents

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial Strategy and/or Customer-facing roles
* Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities
* Experience in specialty care would be a plus
* Regional commercial experience is desired
