The Responsibilities:

* Underwrite motor retail, fleet, and scheme business within delegated underwriting authority
* Review monthly renewal business for pricing adequacy and claims cases for optimized portfolio and profitability
* Service allocated producers (agents and brokers) to provide them with underwriting queries support, for quotations, and referral risks
* Actively support the production of good and profitable motor retail business, including Fleet and Motor schemes
* Lead projects to improve processes

The Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of work experience in Motor Insurance Products
* Strong ability to learn and retain procedural information
* Interpret technical subjects of varying complexity, including regulatory issues
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to consistently deliver high productivity, exceptional customer service, and quality standards
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work without supervision and be self-motivated
* Consistently present a professional and positive approach
* Good command of English to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
