Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese company specializing in Food and Beverages. They are actively seeking for a factory Operation Manager to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
・Supervise the daily operations and activities of the factory
・To consistently uphold both company policies and government laws and regulations
・Able to manage 25-30 factory workers
・In charge of all factory workers, take note of their welfare and complaints if any and supervise their performance and conduct
・Ensure production meets the company's monthly target, manage product inventory and the shipment to our customer
・Ensure quality control on products manufactured and ensure products are always kept at the right temperature.
・Responsible for the maintenance / upkeep of all facilities/equipment in the factory and always ensure hygiene and cleanliness of factory environment
・Ensure safety in the factory environment and implementation of First Aid / CPR /Workplace Safety and Health / Risk management of the workplace
・Manage and liaison with supplier on factory supplies matters
