Our client is a leading semiconductor foundry, specializing in advanced integrated circuit manufacturing. We are actively seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Associate Engineer with a background in facilities operations in the semiconductor environment.

The Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and address issues related to building systems, including but not limited to problems with lifts, plumbing, sanitary facilities, landscaping, and housekeeping
* Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and handle breakdown maintenance (BM) for various systems
* Respond promptly to 1st line incidents, conducting breakdown repairs and actively participating in incident resolution
* Conduct inspection rounds focusing on the 6S principles and supervise contractor activities related to building services
* Uphold quality standards to surpass customer expectations
* Innovate and develop new methods for continuous improvement in existing procedures to achieve best-in-class quality and cost-effectiveness
* Engage in Improvement teams to contribute to enhancing system improvements
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all buildings, ensuring adherence to safety practices, and taking responsibility for the safekeeping of company keys, tools, documentation, equipment, and other assets
* Ensure daily compliance with site safety regulations and continually seek ways to improve existing safety procedures
* Plan, lead, and oversee work conducted by vendors
* Provide leadership in troubleshooting any process inadequacies at the first line

The Requirements:

* Possession of a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
* Additional advantage for candidates with experience in a Large Industrial Complex or Semiconductor environment
* Willingness to work in rotating shifts
