Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in motorcycles and bicycles. They are actively looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Assist Superiors to achieve set objectives
• Assist superior in the sales & marketing of marine products to dealers
• Order processing of dealers’ orders and logistics arrangement of shipment
• Manage PSI and liaise with suppliers for purchases and logistics arrangement
• Monitor dealers’ payment and credit
• Product registration in portal and process warranty claims from dealers
• Submission of daily/ weekly/ monthly PSI & related reports to superior
• Provide administration support to MM Service Group
• Backup for Corporate Planning Executive
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/ GCE A/ O level or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Inventory and Logistics Management
• Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal and external)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office-suite
