Our Client:
Our client is the leading European FMCG/Manufacturing Company. They are actively looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Support Marketing Team with budgeting for all planning exercises, including annual plan and reviews
* Will be responsible to run monthly budget processes
* Monthly budget allocation and PO information. SAP bookings & entries and commitments are in line with budget
* Prepare actual/forecast variance explanations.
* Handle relevant PRs, GRs, Proof of Performance & IR
* Create PR's in line with budget availability and follow up on receipt of Proof of Performance and IR. Maintain timely GR input and PO cleaning
* Collect and file Proof of Performance
* Follow up on vendor creation forms and payment issues
* Prepare and communicate monthly report activities
* Marketing/Brand Activation and Merchandising
* Plan and coordinate the development of consumer & trade activations in alignment with key stakeholders (Sales Manager, Business Manager, Portfolio & Strategy Manager, GTR Manager and Brand leaders)
* Drive implementation of the plan, ensuring execution excellence and resources optimization
* Maintain a clear understanding of all projects with status updates at regular intervals
The Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent
* 3years experience in budget management and coordination, Marketing /Trade Marketing, Consumer/Trade Promotion Management
* Excellent in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
* Good SAP knowledge
