Our Client:
Our client is a leading distributor of medical and scientific equipment is actively seeking for Product Managers to join their expanding team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Leading the product development lifecycle from conception to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
* Collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and regulatory teams to define product specifications, develop project timelines, and execute product development plans
* Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
* Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and regulatory authorities
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Medical Science, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or related fields
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales/Marketing for Medical and/or Scientific equipment. Prior experience or knowledge in patient monitoring systems and/or general laboratory equipment is a plus
* Strong understanding of product development processes, including design control, risk management, and regulatory compliance
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion within established timelines and budgets
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset, and attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
