Our Client:
Our client is a leading distributor of life sciences research and medical equipment. They are actively seeking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain medical devices at customer sites within the assigned region
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
* Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement
* Deliver technical training to clients and internal staff as needed
* Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, documentation, and inventory management
* Provide remote support and guidance to clients when necessary
* Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
The requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of experience in field service engineering. Prior experience with surgical instruments is preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proactivity, teamwork, and collaboration skills
