Job Description
Our client Service/Product:
Metal/Steel Parts Manufacturer
The Responsibilities:
・Oversee and manage assigned customer accounts
・Conduct product presentation to prospective customers and handle all customers' inquiries
・Consolidate customers' requirements and report to Sales Manager
・Provide support in pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customers' satisfaction
・Apply basic technical knowledge to communicate with customers, distributors and internal departments
・Perform market research to understand key customers’ business growth, market trends and market situation
・Present accurate sales quotation to customers
・Liaise with internal departments (e.g. HQ or regional offices) for customer or distributor related issues
・Prepare daily reports, Project/Case/Issue progress reports, monthly Sales/Order report, report on the achievement of targets and any other job-related reports
・Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Sales Manager
Requirements
The Requirements:
・At least NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Marketing, Business Administration and Sales related field
・Minimally 2 years of working experience in related field
・Fresh graduates are also welcome
・Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
・Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on sales and negotiation
・Proficient in spoken and written English
・Proficient in Mandarin and/or Malay would be an advantage to communicate with Mandarin/Malay speaking counterparts
・Able to multi-task and possess the drive to get tasks completed
・Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with the willingness to learn
・Able to thrive in a multi-cultural environment
・Possess a clean and valid driving license
・Able to travel overseas for short term business trips when required
Other Information:
Location: East, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
