Our Client:
Our client is a renowned Information Technology organization providing software solutions within the trading and financial institutions. They are actively looking for an IT Contract Administrator to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage and prepare contracts, including scope of work acknowledgments and variation orders, throughout project lifecycle
* Collaborate with internal project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary documents for contract preparation
* Update contracts to align with evolving legal or commercial landscapes
* Consult legal professionals to ensure contracts effectively address commercial liabilities
* Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers regarding contract specifics
* Provide occasional contractual guidance, manage disputes, and resolve contractual issues for both internal and external stakeholders
* Support stakeholders with project cash flow and budgeting throughout project lifecycle
* Undertake any other assigned duties
The Requirements:
* A degree holder with over 3 years of relevant experience as a Contract Administrator
* Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and administering software development contracts
* Strong analytical skills, adaptability across different domains, and meticulous attention to detail
* Capable of working independently with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Advantageous to have experience in managing software development contracts throughout the agile methodology-based software development life cycle
* Experience in managing managed services contracts for billing purposes
* Ensure the company fulfils its legal obligations and maximizes the commercial benefits outlined in the contract
