・Promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues to ensure their utmost satisfaction
・Collaborating closely with team members to streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency
・Embracing feedback as a tool for personal and professional growth to continually refine your performance
・Undertaking additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives
Requirements
The Requirements:
・Required to travel on business trips to various destinations, such as Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, (once or twice per month)
・Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal communication skills
・A Japanese/Mandarin-speaking candidate is required for the role to communicate effectively with native Japanese-speaking and Mandarin stakeholders/colleagues
・Proven experience in sales or a relevant role will be a plus
