Our Client:

Our client is a leader in brokerage and payment platforms, is currently seeking a talented Payments Operations Executive to oversee financial operations, drive operational excellence, and implement strategies for their cutting-edge payment gateway product. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with various teams to enhance payment solutions and ensure seamless transactions for a global customer base.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations related to global customer payments and payments' gateways
* Collaborate with engineering, community, and operations teams to identify areas for operational improvement and develop and monitor new processes for enhanced efficiency
* Conduct bank and payment provider reconciliations and investigate any identified issues
* Assist in testing new integrations before launch and ensure successful implementation
* Maintain and enhance current integrations and operations, identifying and implementing improvements based on best practices
* Implement and execute processes related to internal audits, quality control, compliance, and training
The Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the crypto space or 2+ years in Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Treasury management, or similar areas preferred
* Strong analytical, mathematical, and financial skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
* Capable of performing effectively under pressure when required
