The Responsibilities:

・Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day IT operations fosters operational excellence within the organization.
The Requirements:
・A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
・Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
・Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to applications, software, and hardware is a core competency for IT support roles
・Understanding wide area networks (WAN), local area networks (LAN), and wireless networks is essential for managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure
