Our Client is a global multi-national company within the Semiconductors group.

•New Role in organization due to expansion plans. Extremely low turnover rate
•Experience with management of Supplier’s performance & business process improvement activities to drive FCD, WIP inventory & Cycle time
•Maintain process conformance and integration between suppliers', central planning system and internal factories process across the supply chain.
•Ensure consistent business / planning process and parameters across the suppliers, including manufacturing processes
•Coordinate change management across suppliers
•Standardize suppliers' KPI and scorecards
•Analyze and predict the suppliers' performance based on historical trend current delivery/capacity situation and external market unplanned events ( eg change in demand )
•Maintain and upkeep the documentations pertaining to the planning processes/engine wrt requirements to the suppliers
•Coordinate with central planning team to resolve process / electronic feed / documentation issue
•Business Process-driven improvement activities to drive FCD, WIP inventory and cycle time.
•Monitor suppliers’ Lot Release activities against capacity commit and predict the delivery performance
•Manage the crisis recovery plan with cross-functional team during quality event or major disruption to supply.
•Engineering degree or BS Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
•System knowledge: Enterprise Planning System - SAP, Promis.
•Minimum 1 year Operations experience w/ Semiconductor / Electronics or Hi Tech Equivalent.
•Familiar with manufacturing environment, Semiconductors Assembly and Test would be a bonus.
•Good understanding in workflow process and analysis
•Strong analytical skill with competency in Microsoft Excel skill to perform pivot table and charting. Able to use Qilkview software for analysis will be an advantage.
•Good interpersonal skill to work across different functional groups within the organization.
•Self-motivated and independent individual
•Good communication skill both in Chinese (Mandarin) and English to liase with Chinese speaking suppliers.
•Travel to suppliers’ factories is required when necessary.
•Quick learner, adaptable, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment
